Delete Your Brandcaster Account

Request account deletion

Brandcaster is provided by Netrium Technologies LLC. You can request deletion of your Brandcaster account and associated data directly in the mobile app or by contacting us by email.

Delete in the mobile app

  1. Open the Brandcaster app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account or Privacy & Data.
  4. Select Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@netriumtechnologies.com from the email address associated with your Brandcaster account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal information and workspace data associated with your Brandcaster account, including:

  • Account profile information.
  • Brands, brand assets, logos, product images, and reference images.
  • Generated visuals, generated text, videos, and related prompts.
  • Scheduled posts and social publishing records stored by Brandcaster.
  • Subscription, credit, usage, and workspace records stored in Brandcaster.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, app store subscription management, or backup purposes.

  • Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten or deleted.
  • Billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics, security, and service improvement.
  • Third-party services connected by you, such as social platforms or app stores, may keep records under their own policies.

Processing time

We process verified account deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
